2. Email us at koprice@koperformance.com with an itemized list of: a) part numbers from our website b) direct links to the products on our competitors websites

3. Our staff will verify the links, and adjust the KO prices accordingly, then email you when complete.

Offer:
The Lowest Price Guarantee on www.koperformance.com® applies to customers who first make a qualifying parts purchase on (i) www.koperformance.com and do so through use of the www.koperformance.com web site. If a lower price is found on another U.S. point-of-sale parts web site for the exact same part, and if all of the additional requirements and conditions set forth below are satisfied, the full difference in the price will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase on www.koperformance.com. In addition, KO Performance will issue a Discount Code in the amount of $10, redeemable toward a future parts purchase. The Discount Code would be valid 90 days from date of issue and all terms and conditions related to the Discount Code apply to usage. Discount Codes will not be replaced for any reason and will be considered fully used once payment has been tendered regardless if it is later cancelled. To utilize the Discount Code on a future purchase, the minimum price of the part, or parts total for the order must be $60.00 or higher.

Requirements:
For a claim to be valid under the Lowest Price Guarantee, it must satisfy all terms and conditions and be submitted in compliance with the claims processing procedures, all as set out herein. The Lowest Price Guarantee is available to any customer who first makes a qualifying parts purchase at the www.koperformance.com web site. Qualifying purchase must occur at www.koperformance.com on/after January 19th, 2007. The Lowest Price Guarantee is valid only for lower prices found online for the exact same part and available for purchase on the same calendar day as the original www.koperformance.com online purchase, and must be in stock at the competitor. The Lowest Price Guarantee applies only to U.S. point-of-sale originating in the domestic lower 48 continental United States for parts purchased at www.koperformance.com. The guarantee applies to parts purchased using a valid credit card with a United States billing address. The claim must be submitted by midnight Eastern Standard Time of the same calendar day you purchased your part(s) on www.koperformance.com. KO Performance must be able to verify the lower online published price at the time of claim review and that the lower price does not exist on www.koperformance.com. The confirmed total price you purchased on www.koperformance.com, shipped to your location will be compared to the available, in stock total shipped price on the other site inclusive of all taxes and fees in both instances, which must be an accredited distributor of same items. The Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to lower prices that are available on www.koperformance.com or to refundable parts that you choose to refund.

Claim Form Processing:
The claim submittal process is available by contacting koprice@koperformance.com with all supporting evidence of a lower price from a competitor, per the guidelines and restrictions of the Lowest Price Guarantee. Only one claim may be submitted per qualifying parts purchase. Following submission of a claim, someone from KO Performance will contact you via e-mail. If we are unable to replicate the lower price, we may request additional information and documentation (such as a screen shot) from you in order to verify the lower online price. Any such additional information must be submitted promptly thereafter. Please keep a copy of all such documentation. KO Performance reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be reasonably verified, or for which you have provided incomplete information. Claims may be submitted only via the email address: koprice@koperformance.com and not through any other e-mail address or any KO Performance phone number or facsimile number.

Exceptions:
The Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to unpublished prices. Unpublished prices are those not available to the general public and include, but are not limited to, wholesaler or consolidator prices, corporate, military, government, contract, or other discounted prices. The Lowest Prices Guarantee does not apply to package prices, including but not limited to parts sold as part of a package, nor does it apply to parts where the competitor's part or pricing details are unknown until after purchase. The Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to parts on another web site that have been reduced as a result of promotional discounts, such as dollars off coupons, loyalty program discounts or "free" offers. * This Guarantee does not include intro pricing specials, or sales from time to time put on by the actual manufacturer of Performance products (ie. if Active Autowerke has a direct sale), however, in most cases, we can still offer additional savings to our customers, even when the Performance manufacturer is offering a direct sale.

Other conditions:
Void where prohibited by law. KO Performance reserves the right to modify or cancel the Lowest Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any modification will be effective upon posting of modified Lowest Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions on the www.koperformance.com web site. Any cancellation will be effective upon removal of references to the Lowest Price Guarantee and the Lowest Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions from the www.koperformance.com web site. If the Lowest Price Guarantee is canceled for any reason, the Discount Codes previously issued will continue to be valid until their expiration date.
